Aqua Yoga is the body workout in performed in the water, with different yoga postures.
It gives all benefits of yoga pose which will be doing, at the same time strengthens and tones the body whilst relieving tensions and renewing energy.
It brings the benefits of yoga to the people who are not able to practice on the mat on the ground due to physical limitations or injury.
When you are doing pose under the water it helps to have the optimum stretch, because of the release of gravity.

Improves breathing, promotes relaxation.
People with recent major surgery, skin disorders should not do this.
One session duration: 30 mins to 45 mins according to the comfort and health condition of the person.
